Surrender Meditation to a Higher Vibration
I created this meditation for the 60 Days Course and found it to be something I would come back to time and time again. I have it memorized and say it whenever I am feeling ungrounded, attached to strong negative emotions or when I need soothing. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Easy to talk about and often hard to walk the walk.
I have a son who is a vision of walking the walk and I am so proud of him. On October 9 this past year he had a massive heart attack while he was in the last few days of training to become a police officer.
